乙方高尔夫会籍需要转让，今委托甲方代为寻找买家和办理转让手续。此委托书签署后，若此张会籍在其它途径已转让，请立即(4个小时内)通知我司51143245，否则因此给甲方造成的损失(直接或间接)由乙方承担。
